Attorney Kimberly J. Asher

Attorney Kimberly Asher practices in the areas of estate planning, long-term care planning, planning for persons with special needs, MassHealth (Medicaid) applications and appeals, and community MassHealth benefits.

Kimberly received her Juris Doctorate om Boston University School of Law, specializing in litigation and dispute resolution. She became accomplished in the fields of medical negligence and personal injury, and litigated in those areas for a number of years before focusing on estate planning, elder law and special needs law.

Kimberly is member of the Worcester County Bar Association, a Committee Member for the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce. She has been honored to have donated her time and pro bono services to the Friends of the Holden Council on Aging, Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter, and the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts. Kimberly also volunteers for several charitable organizations in the Worcester Area, including Rachael's Table, and the Worcester Animal Rescue League.

As the principal and owner of Asher Law Office, Kimberly enjoys meeting personally with each of her clients, discussing their lives and their families and addressing their fears and concerns. She works closely with each client and takes the time to understand their situation, explain the process, answer questions, and tailor a solution that best meets their individual needs.
